Dear students, we are currently working through a significantly larger than normal volume of queries submitted over the last few days. Please be patient as we work through these, your messages will be responded to. Ensure you keep an eye on your Junk or Spam folders in case replies are filtered from your inbox.
Please also be aware with the recent retirement of the CPP40307 Real Estate training package, some students may experience small delays to their standard grading period of 7 business days. This is due to many students submitting in large volumes on the final day. Please be patient as the assessing team are working hard to action all requests as soon as possible.
PLEASE DO NOT call the administration team in the office to check your progress or for when your grading will be finalised. Refer to your grading sheet and email grading confirmation reply, to calculate your 7 business day grading period. If you have further questions regarding this you can contact the training team here directly via 'Send a Message'.
If you've requested assistance via 'Send a Message' and are awaiting a reply, please ensure you're checking your email's Junk or Spam folders as it seems some students are not acknowledging answers already provided or responding to requests for further information. It is part of your responsibility to check any communications requested by the assessing team.

Two cookies are used by this site:
The essential one is the session cookie, usually called MoodleSession. You must allow this cookie into your browser to provide continuity and maintain your login from page to page. When you log out or close the browser this cookie is destroyed (in your browser and on the server).
The other cookie is purely for convenience, usually called something like MOODLEID. It just remembers your username within the browser. This means when you return to this site the username field on the login page will be already filled out for you. It is safe to refuse this cookie - you will just have to retype your username every time you log in.
